Printers (SEHS) Not Printing

For SEHS printers that are apparently attempting to print but will not print. Commonly the user will see the green print progress bar  (bottom right of screen) from a program such as MS Word, but will never get a print notification bubble, and the print job stays stuck in the queue.

Try this fix:

1. Delete the affected printer from the workstation.
2. Give the user ntfs write access to c:\system32\spool\PRINTERS
3. Re-add the printer
